Happy Halloween!

Kate was a ballerina for our playgroup party, she looked so cute in the tutu my friend Dena made for her.

Gramme was a cat so she and mouse Sophie looked pretty cute together.

We had so much fun with the girls. Kate and Georgia looked adorable all dressed up together wondering what the heck we were doing to them.

MIke Rocks

So I'm totally holed up with my leg in a cast and Mike is being so great! I must admit the novelty of having everyone do everything for me has worn off completely and so my attitude may be slipping a bit south but Mike is being so patient and nice. So I'm just giving him a little 'shout out'. Thanks babe, you're the best!!

Just like her Daddy

Mike was out washing his motorcycle and Sophie thought her bike needed a wash too. She totally carried it out to the driveway and started washing away. She's the funniest kid, I just love her to pieces!

Miss Kate

Just a couple recentish pics of Kate... she's growing up so big and is so smiley and fun! I think I finally like being a mom of 2. Just being honest. :)

The Glass Castle

I just finished reading The Glass Castle, and it was seriously one of the best books I've read. It's a memoir about a girls upbringing with really out-there parents. It's amazing to me some of the things people have to go through in life and then I think about what a crap I am to ever complain about a thing. I have so much to be grateful for, but definitely have days where I'm just in the dumps, so I'm going to make a change. I recently went to a seminar that talked about how complaining affects you and the way you percieve things, so I'm going to make a serious effort not to allow myself to do it. I have such a great family with the funniest, cutest little girls and a fox of a hubby, the church, a home I love, and a job I totally enjoy so thats it no more complaining! BTW, its sort of a sad book, but sooooo good. You should read it.

The Puyallup Fair

We had such a great time today at the fair. Today was opening day so we went to the parade to kick it off then Kylie and Sophs had a blast on the rides. Fun day!!

Swimmin like fish

We spent Labor Day weekend camping at Sun Lakes with my family. We had tons of fun boating, eating, relaxing and just sitting around chatting. It was the first campout for us as a family and aside from not sleeping, and massive wind at night, we had a blast!
